It was good but can be great with competitive salary.

TaskUs has a good background to other people but I would not totally recomment it to others because of the very low salary.

The only positive thing is my team.

Needs to be competitive as well regarding pay.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being a team player while being a strong leader as well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compensating their employee. Minimum wage is almost same as our salary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should have been compensated more. It's already 2024 and yet our salary is this small. Around 20,000! We are working for an international account and yet we are only earning almost like a mininum salary.
