Working so far with the company is good. It has at least given me the work life balance I needed. Some salary increase would be a great help for the employees

need higher compensation because minimum wage has already increased

Salary increase is needed because the rate we are getting now is close to the minimum salary. Allowances are good also, such as, internet and electricity allowance
