Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My overall experience is somewhat sad. For a company that would like to treat their employees fairly but still having a deaf ear to the continuous cry for salary increase and additional allowances to some account that badly needing it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Increasing our basic salary and adding allowances like complexity allowance to adapt to the increasing cost of living.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It seems that the compensation that we are receiving does not cope up with the advancement of time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they are trying to give their employees everything that they need except for the salary increase and additional allowances

our basic salary and current allowances does not meet the complexity of the jobs that we are doing and the rapid increasing of our cost of living
