Listening is very important and I am grateful that my new Team Leader has good listening skills added with compassion.

We share our insights and help each other always. We have fun and interesting to talk about on our free time. Team Building is awesome!

I'm grateful to my TL because I've gain helpful insights on how I can meet the client's expectations and deliver high quality of work. She always set clear expectations, openness and direct communication. I appreciate her being transparent to me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
She listens to her TMs. I think my TL cares about my ideas because she's always asking my side, my thoughts, my end decision on each unique job which is great. I want to be heard as a teammate. She will give all her energy to help her team reach the goals and defend the team's disputes at all cost.
