It has been good to me so far. Although the pressure from the higher ups has surely been felt by us on the bottom.

Supportive but not invasive in anyway
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be very nice if they could bring back the old incentives that are actually worthwhile to save up to.
What makes you most happy at work?
It would actually be when there's a lull in work load and I would be able to read some articles/ wikipedia about stuff that interests me
