Everyone's been great. The reason we needed to be better is because there are people who were under the impression that since we lack manpower in terms of management, managers tend to do all the work because they see it as a challenge. In reality, they sacrifice their health and work-life balance.

Employees have great interaction with one another. This can be observed when there are client visits and evets.

The leadership team follows simple and logical principles with which they are able to retain employees over the years.

The most positive about the culture is the diversity of employees with regards to each others gender preference and the over all relationship between employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm fairly valued like any other employees and I believe the management could do better by asking everyone if they can really manage the team or not. Most of the managers that I know spend 4 to 5 hours sleep and it greatly affects how they handle the teams. I believe there should be changes.
