Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Imus Cavite site is the pioneer site but the salary is not the same as other sites, TM's here feel that we are the forgotten ones. I hope the company aligns the salary across all sites. Additional is the appreciation for the tenured TM's, I hope they give some gifts and plaque for us.
