Less stressful coz there is less politics

I will be seeing my workmates and there is no stress waiting for me at work.

They are (with exceptions) sociable, understands one's boundaries, works ethically, has respect, and more importantly kind people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
None of them are a boss - they are leaders to the bone, who understands, values and strives to be mindful of their team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having an experience prior in the same industry (4 years and more) should've given us with a chance for a higher pay compared to the starting package.
