Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we need a fair compensation not higher though since we are blended account.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very helpful in terms with product knowledge and they can easily gave their hands to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very supportive and help us to aim what goal we want to have. Very helpful and always there when we need a help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There have so much fun here every time that they have an event. They provide perks and they make everyone else happy. It feels like home for me.
