The experience is great but hoping to get salary appraisal.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Some of the Leaders are not fair (Manager and TL's). They favor some of the teammates than the other teammates. You can't freely use your Unplanned Leaves (w/c supposedly a company benefit) freely because it will negatively affect your allowances.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are kind and know how to listen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teammates are great. Management worst.
What makes you most happy at work?
My friends motivated me to go to work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fairness to all teammate or employees.

Kind, supportive and knows how to handle the team.

Salary appraisal would be best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People first company and know how to listen to their teammate.

The thought of coming to work and get paid makes me happy.

Allowances are reduced for UL or VTO regardless of what reason (emergencies).
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am motivated to go to work because of them even if the management is not so good.
