The biggest downside is the actual salary because it is quite small compared to other BPO's. It cannot cover all of the basic needs for a family.

All is good and all is being treated fairly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Going to work is enjoying because we love to kid around and the work gets easy sometimes because my coworkers are not burdensome
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Per week we have a new training for a new workflow and the jobs seems to get harder but we are never compensated for that added skills and the compensation can just barely meet the basic needs of a breadwinner like me.
