Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Multiple workflows being given to us but no compensation or increase in allowance. We often mix the different guidelines given to us because we keep on working on different queues and yet they are expecting us to perform well. We all believe that we deserve an increase.
