Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1. Changing Yearly salary Increase Process (Some think it's politicized). been with the company for almost three years haven't experienced any. 2. Some campaigns are being trained for more than 10 workflows but didn't receive any basic nor allowance increase.
