I like their leadership. They're prioritizing our mental health by checking us from time to time and by helping our needs when it comes to work.

Even though we are having a problem with our salary due to the inflation rate, the work environment of TaskUs is wonderful and it has a stress-free environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the culture and environment at our company are the nonwork-related activities that can make us feel at home, and how the company treats their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At first, the salary of the company is enough to provide my family's basic needs. But as time goes by, the inflation rate hits us very hard because the cost of living nowadays is very high. The company is employee friendly but we really need a salary increase to provide family's basic needs.
