Being a "People first" company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We handle more than 3 workflows and I believe our skill allowance is not enough.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
None. Because in our current team, we are having a little difficulties regarding communications, support and such.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my teammates are so fun to be with. They became my friends and they helped me a lot. But our SME is badmouthing other teammates and has a lot to say about other people.
