everyone was treated equally regardless of what position. People at the company talk with smile on their faces
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't have complete attendance compensation, which i believe this is one way, strategy maybe that employees would lessen possible ULs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If we could have atleast 1 TL for 1 year, it keeps changing everytime then the built group relationship will start back at one.
