They are kind, understanding, caring and knows how to work hard while having fun.
What makes you most happy at work?
Less stress compared to my previous work. People are fun to be with. I enjoy what I am doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are people first. They find ways to let us have fun and enjoy. They allow us and encourage us to be part of charity works and that feels good for me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I feel undervalued its just that the salary that we are getting is not enough because of in inflation rate of everything. I am a single mom of 4 kids.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that effective leadership can accommodate different styles, such as acting as a role model or building a consensus and I see them as this kind of leaders. They are able to motivate and develop as employee to a greater accomplishment than we had previously envisioned.
