Overall the company is really good especially the benefits and handling people however the provincial rate is too low given we're doing/working for a Manila site. In addition, please add more support and proper onboarding for newbies with glide path discussion. Thank you.

What makes you most happy at work?
I will get paid and I pay my bills.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team mate are very helpful and responsive. They find time to have fun even everyone is busy, they seemed to know each other for a while, they're comfortable joking around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm hired from Batangas but I'm working for Anonas site, doing same job description but rate it too low unlike those who are hired under Anonas site. I'm hoping for equality in terms of rate regardless if hired site.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a newbie, we would like to request for more guidance and proper discussion of our glide path, what can we expect for the next coming weeks and about the workflow of the team. At our stage right now, we're lost and lacking direction.
