AT FIRST TASKUS IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK, HOWEVER WHEN THEY CHANGE THE HMO PLAN I FEEL THAT THEY DID NOT VALUE US ''EMPLOYEE'. PINAPAHIRAPAN KAMI SA HMO, 2ND IS MY PAYROLL- I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH MY PAYROLL AND WHAT I HAVE TO VISIT THE BANK EVERY 15/30. SOBRANG HABA NG PILA!!!

it was mentioned that once you get to a higher level you'll get compensated or you'll get increase.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
WHEN MY PAYROLL ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AND I CAN NO LONGER OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT, IT IS HASSLE FOR ME EVERY PAYDAY BECAUSE I HAVE TO GO TO SECURITY BANK BRANCH TO ENCASH MY PAYROLL
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
low salary but lots of jobs to do. I feel undervalued especially when the management change the HMO package. It's like they give us cheap HMO Coverage and napaka hassle para sa aming mga working mom ang maghanap ng ospital na clinic based lang ang coverage ng HMO, DAPAT BUMAWI SILA SA HMO.
