
The team needs new management
My coworkers stay positive and make the workplace a better place.
Our leadership needs to focus on communicating with us and treat us ALL like we are a part of the team. The leadership does have favorites and it is very obvious.
I feel undervalued because we do a lot more than what we learned in training. The call rate is only getting higher and we are always being told how understaffed we are. If we are so understaffed then we are clearly having to work harder to pick up the slack.
