our team lead is try to take care us, but some how we understand the our team lead is taking care of they teammate and making us keep transferring differently ques

we are handling the fussy customer, in the free time, We have to adjust our emotional. but what We get advise by TL & OM to handling email with target that is not taking care of teammate
