I faced lot of incidence with this company 1. They shared my personals details with police. After that when I raised this so there is no one who gave me the resolution after that 2. I work with the same shift for 7months or more. 3. The managements is not good at all there is no coordination,
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is no fun Friday no activities nothing. Please add some I guess it will help us. Also I feel if the process will be hybrid so it will be more better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I don't feel safe in this company and there is no one with whom we can share our problem. The management is no good at all I have share my feedback alot of time still there is no response.
