Everything is good. But I hope they remove the unplanned leaves as part of scorecard. Its not showing as people first vision.

If my leaves is acknowledge freely.

its okay to me to be ignored. doing our own business.

Being considerate mostly if its health related. I hope everyone can do that

The positive thing I know is the people first vision, hope leaders may implement it correctly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under value due. lack of rest and cant file anytime to file paid leave's.
