They are like family to me when I'm here at work, love this team like no other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Challenges, higher compensation, REAL Managers who know how to do the job themselves. REAL live training on the spot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Co workers are at higher hourly and not even doing 5% of the work i am producing. Once i talked to my supervisors and their supervisors, they said that i get paid for my time here and not my skills. Upon multiple times to try and make it right, I've always been shut down.
