he is always present and making us always updated

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

can't say a lot because we are working at hope, batangas peeps are left out in our team we are only 2 , the rest from antipolo, wish there will be like whole batangas team in oiur lob

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

internet allowance, because we are working in province , please have it considered, even our basis is not that competitive compared to other bpo here, i felt left out, really hoping you can hear his, because i believe this is the only thing that is missing

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

addidng internet allowance for WAh peeps is a big help. I can be very proud when it happen and i will walk the talk to all my friends and family, i will be proud i work at TASKUS, it saddened me not having that which is expected to call center when they offer WAH set up, What is the reason behind
