Its my compulsion to earn money for my family that the reason i am working in the company or else ill switch or change because i dont feel that this company is value my skill and my dedication towards work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are few leaders who are doing really great but few needs to learn people management more.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There are many things in the list to change but i know it is not possible thats why i am not sharing
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is best because we all are aligned towards our task also we are aligned for the fun activity which we do.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am the only person in my family to earn money that's the only reason i was excited to come at work no other reason.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am giving my 100% or more than that also my skills are better then the other but still i am getting less paid then the other who are far less than my comparison.
