In our role, we are provided with the flexibility to craft relevant solutions, and are somehow independent in terms of formulating action plans and approach which fosters innovation.
Its been a few years that we have worked at this pace, and quite honestly, despite the fact that TaskUs has matured since I joined in 2017, the culture and values has always been front and center.
Not really undervalued, but given the breadth and scope of the responsibility I handle (Global), and the historical value me and my team has had over the past years, I believe it is worthwhile reassessing my compensation package.
Strategic vision within our CxO is clearly communicated to me, and, in my role, I am empowered to make decisions and strategic plans aligned with my CxO's vision. That in itself gives me the motivation and drive to do what I think is best for the company - knowing I am fully supported by leaders.
