As of now, I really love on where I am right now. I never experience the kind of treatment the company gave me to my previous company. Retiring here is an overstatement but who knows, maybe I will.

As a teammate, I appreciate the company to prioritize people first motto. This is a teammate perspective not on a higher position. I hope the people first motto also applies in the higher position.
