The company has potential to be great, but it should focus more on the work-life balance, and offering their employees better benefits, and adequate salaries.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is always available to help.

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting funny messages from players, and talking to my colleagues

I like that we have the freedom to share jokes publicly

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like the diversity, and I also like the little gifts sent out by the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team should be more empathetic and fight for our rights. They should not forget what it's like when you are at the bottom of the chain.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The salary is very low comparing to today's standards, and the market standards. We do not have bonuses, and we can barely afford living life with 800 euros a month.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I can only contact my Team Manager in 99% cases, so I'm not sure if she is considered to be in the leadership team. If yes, she is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and a great leader.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued as my salary can barely cover my expenses. My salary has not grown for two years, but everyday expenses did. There are no bonuses, and we are constantly being evaluated = high expectations, low compensation.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The ones above teammates should be more empathetic and fight for better conditions for all of us. Once a person stops being a TM, they forget about the low salary, and the terrible shifts, and ignores our struggles. This company should promote a better work-life balance.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

As mentioned previously, shifts and the schedule are terribly set up, and the salary is low. Also, knowing that our customers' issues are not being addresses, and that we have to stall all the time, without offering any solutions is not something that can make me excited about my work day.
