They comfort and they have stories to tell. I learn and know them more by listening to their life experiences even though I am an introvert.

Professionalism is important to keep the workplace respectful and productive. It means being on time, responsible, clear in communication, and having a good attitude. Staying professional helps build trust, teamwork, and a good reputation for the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The TLs provided team engagement and team buildings so it makes the working environment more welcoming. The support team like OMs and TLs also gives urgent corrective action when there is a conflict between the production floor.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I love about my team is they genuinely care for their teammates. They remind others to lodge on their time warp on time. I also love the coaching and wellness, they care for the welfare of each and everyone.
