I am very stressed most of my work days. I am very anxious to come to work. I get minimal support and get judged daily. The work environment is very stressful, we tried to talk about this to our supervisor but they did not care.We are getting more and more work and no proper training or compensation

Hardworking, smart, helpful, cheerful without judgements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is hard to tell, beside coworkers, and opportunity to work from home nothing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting involved with their colleagues, respect them, and praise them. Be guidance and support.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No support, being afraid that I will get judged, of making mistakes. Very fast environment and pressure + stress.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we are getting more and more work, and our pay is not reflecting that. Our amount of work is increasing every day and more and more is being demanded of us. There is little room for tolerance and mistakes. Even if we make a mistake, we are getting scolded. No clear guidance.
