It has been great but the past 8 months I have been doing High level work for the Client's Quality Team but is not getting properly compensated. I am compensated only like other Quality Analysts in our department that only cater to our Campaign's Quality.

Working in the Client's side is fun and a very good learning experience
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A Skills allowance/raise would be better as we are alrady in the client's sid. The amount of work and responsibility working together with the client I feel is integral in keeping the Campaign also together even though it's in the Clients Quality side.
