Workmates make my task lighter because of their participation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every month we have a get together to anywhere, We plan ahead during our free time for place and our agendas for that date.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have a lot of task or reports need to send that sometime we are overwhelm of task and our rates are still on teammate rates.
