They understand most of the employees are young so the environment match with that vibes
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is very comprehensive, they support you and understand every one has a different learning process, they're patience and don't push you or hurry to do your work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know you're giving two days off here in COL, it should be complemented with something that helps to relax your mind. Being in from of a computer for so long burns your mind, it's hard to not feel mentally tired at the end of the day.
