The camaraderie among our peers, and the approachability of our Team Leaders when we need help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compare to the other companies there are a few things here that they need to deduct from our salary which is not enough now that the prices are going high. I think they need to adjust.
