Accomplishing work within work hours and not extend due to unscheduled meetings and work that should be done by Operations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have a competitive salary that is at par with other BPO company. Make sure salary increase and bonus is not bias to perception of Director and VP.
