Everyone is not toxic. We have a CAN DO attitude.
What makes you most happy at work?
Giving the teammates information and learning from the teammates as well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They build structures that are great for teammates. But for the support team, we don't get support. I love how they give the best for teammates. I'm all for serving the frontliners.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the tasks I have as a support, the overwhelming tasks I have. I must be paid more at this stage. I'm supporting, i'm training, i'm doing tasks that shouldn't be under my span and yet I'm not having compensation benefits
