Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes as far as I know I am almost 6 years in the company Still the same offer with the new hire. I know that sometimes i am not meeting the target but i am loyazl with the company and no problem with the attendance. However I feel its not fair
