What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the xmas bonus was somewhat disappointing... when TaskUs took over Heloo they told us nothing would change for us but it did...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work environment is okay, the team is really nice since it is customer service it can be a little demotivating if many negative/angry customers contact you
