This company is good if you need a job but other than that you will stay stagnant unless you are a favorite. Rarely will regular teammates or lower leadership receive raises.

People that are not leadership remain human

Sharing promotions and coaching teammates. Being more up front with information.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid at market value. We do so much work that technically should not fall under our scope.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Since going public this company has gone downhill where profits are over people. Thought there is no compensation changes for lower leadership.
