the fact that I get to spend my hours with friends
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not after a sudden increase in salary, however what I most feel is at lease a nice incentive that can compensate my skills as a support or POC, I most of the time get the phrase "its my duty" when asking for additional expense like gas money or transportation expense for duties outside the work
