Overall the experience has been positive. Like I mentioned earlier in the survey, I believe the pay is a bit low. This is confirmed by the fact that the next wave is going to make $2 more than the rest of us. We have been given a very high bar to match that, but its unlrealistic. Many will miss out.

My peers and immediate supervisor, and of course the pool table.

Taskus Leadership seems to do a fine Job showing it cares about it's employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together to improve ourselves and each other on a daily basis. We all have our own styles and insights that help us all grow together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company does a good Job showing it cares about us in general, but the compensation seems low compared to some markets. I stay in general because of how much I like the management team.
