I fell in love with the media ads and the environment and the benefits that were promised, but reality hit hard very soon. Tijuana site must be reviewed as time goes by benefits are taken and people started to quit to better places. We want the ridiculously good experience at this workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though the conditions all around are not the best we still try to help each other with the hope that soon the work conditions can get better. We always try to support each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Nepotism, the inequality of opportunity, many positions are given here without completing certifications or with extra help from the person whos protecting you at leas in the Tapestry campaign there is evident preference based on your sex and everyone should be treated with respect and fair.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being involved with teammate needs and not treating them like just numbers Taskus in Tijuana is just full of broken promises, lies, nepotism and they try to cover everything using our core values and culture which is shameful and that is why people start to quit from here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the picture of the nice and colorful company and everything in the ads and focus on the human resources they are taking us the benefits that were offered from the beginning, lots of imaginary bonuses that never got paid and are justified that nothing was on paper. So where's the honesty?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This could be a better place if it was 50% like is shown in the job offer ads. What hurts the most are the lies that we are given since day one. We also need a better Wellness program, not just zoom sessions that no one can follow up on and worthless activities.
