This company is one of the best BPO to work for. They prioritize the work and life balance and also the mental health of the workers by conducting free wellness sessions and also there are a lot of activities to do onsite during free time such as board or online games and there are for relaxation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would like a salary raise because of the inflation of our basic needs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free meal and we are given the choice to go for a vacation unlike the previous company I work for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always prioritize the needs of the employees without also sacrificing the business needs. They plan the vacation leaves well to ensure that there is an available slot for everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am still new to my current team and the best thing would be most of the teammates are trying their best for us to be united though there are still some that are walking negativity.
What makes you most happy at work?
The free meal makes me happiest and how the company provides us with amazing benefits such as free healthcare program and they don't also pressure us with our daily task. The management always value our well-being.
