The best thing about our team is we are more collaborative and we keep each other motivated so that no one will be left behind

The culture of being people first were teammates don't feel intimated. The culture of openness where we gather and collaborate to be the best that we can

The culture and the compassionate approach to teammates. It did help in being more inclusive and more connected to teammates and it encourages and motivates us to be committed to work and to do ridiculously good at work

What I like is that they are reaching out to the Teammates to ask for feedback and recommendation on what are the things that we need for us to be successful. I commend OM JHOI (OSCAR OM ATLANTIS BATANGAS for initiating things to ask for teammates feedback
