What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I am an introvert. I do not look forward to any interactions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team lead is great, but the other leaders, not so. Especially the ones above.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I know that I will be compensated well at work, well we are not.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More on compensation really because it's hard to have fun when you are being underpayed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An increase to salary matching the market would be nice. Other tech support engineers are payed higher.
