What makes you most happy at work?
The work is not toxic and the people I work with is fun to be with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It would have been better if the basic salary would be higher but I love their HMO and client incentives they offer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diverse culture where they treat everyone equally. Most of the people are friendly and very approachable. They set up events that makes it more fun to go to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing I like about the leadership team is hands on they are with us teammates. They make sure to exhibit the "People First Culture" and give way to growth and development.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team makes sure that no one gets left behind. We get to check each other from time to time if there are things needed and provide assistance to who ever needs it.
