Im a process improvement enthusiast and working on tasks whether assigned or self initiated, that makes me happy at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Variable pay for managers would have been nice to have. I am a site manager for 2 sites that technically not the one I signed up for. While I am up and agreed to it, a variable pay or inclusion to quarterly bonus would have appreciate as we play a great part in driving our site's performance.
