We always hit the target and we had a nice TL but he quitted because of the low salary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is very low. The bonus that we had before is gone and I feel like quitting .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
HR and management must apply the moto PEOPLE FIRST. It seems like the company does not care about the MOTO that we advertised.
