What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is the first instance in a long time that a leader feels like a leader, not like a boss on our head.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The inflation in my country almost neutralizes half of our salary to rent and the bills. Benefits are almost inexistent, if the person on the phone does not speak English, they close the phone to our faces. Also, being healthy is hard in an office environment, we are still waiting for the GYM.
